The Express Spa delivers customer service excellence in a unique, cozy environment, allowing the client to feel welcomed, spoilt and exclusively pampered without the long spa stay or cost. Premium skincare and nail care products are readily available from the retail bar, once again aligning Jiwu Express to only the best skincare regimen that a spa can offer. Jiwu Express is an Express Spa developed off the well-respected Spa Brand in the Beacon Island Hotel Resort, namely Jiwu Salon and Spa.

With the excellent reputation Jiwu Salon and Spa have developed over 12 years in the Beacon Island Resort, the owner realized that a need for an Express Spa in the center of town & Knysna would benefit the loyal local clients, and offering an alternative store with the same service excellence had thereby allowed the brand the retention of the local clientele.

The Jiwu Express Spa module is that of a small intimate welcoming beauty salon, offering all beauty treatments (waxing, facials, massages, manis and pedis) with a  maximum staff complement of 4 people (1 reception, 2 nail techs and 1 skin care therapist)  Each client feels that they have exclusive use of the store on their visit.
